DECOMPRESSION THROUGH INVERSION
Spinal traction at home.
On a Teeter table you recline to the angle you choose and your body weight provides spinal traction while stretching the paraspinal muscles and soft tissue. Traction works without a motor and you control the angle with arm movements. Start with short sessions at a small angle - as described in the manual.

The FitSpine X3 sits in the middle of the FitSpine series and is our most popular model. On top of the FlexTech backrest with 8-point suspension, it adds the Deluxe EZ-Reach ankle system with a long handle, Stretch Max handles, EZ-Stretch traction handles and an angle limiter with 20°, 40° and 60° settings. It differs from the LX9 by its straight frame and the absence of the platform and storage caddy.
This is a medical device for home spinal traction with simultaneous stretching of the paraspinal muscles and soft tissues (decompression by inversion). For those who want to secure their ankles without bending over and have more stretching options at every angle.
