On a Teeter table you recline to the angle you choose and your body weight provides spinal traction while stretching the paraspinal muscles and soft tissue. This is a medical device for home spinal traction with simultaneous stretching of the paraspinal muscles and soft tissues (decompression by inversion). For those who want the modern FlexTech backrest and do not need extra handles or a long-handle ankle lock.
