DECOMPRESSION THROUGH INVERSION
Spinal traction at home.
On a Teeter table you recline to the angle you choose and your body weight provides spinal traction while stretching the paraspinal muscles and soft tissue. Traction works without a motor and you control the angle with arm movements. Start with short sessions at a small angle - as described in the manual.

The FitSpine LX9 is the most fully featured model in the Teeter lineup. It has everything the X3 has - the FlexTech backrest with 8-point suspension, Deluxe EZ-Reach ankle system, Stretch Max and EZ-Stretch handles and the 20/40/60° angle limiter - plus the curved LX frame with larger-diameter tubing, a raised entry platform and an accessory storage caddy.
