EZ-Up™ gravity boots can be used with select Teeter inversion tables*, inversion racks and bars, and even at the gym**. In addition to standard inverted decompression and stretching, EZ-Up Gravity Boots let you comfortably perform inverted exercises, including core strengthening and leg workouts.

Made of a lightweight yet durable shell over thick foam padding, EZ-Up Gravity Boots comfortably wrap each ankle and secure with adjustable, self-locking ratchet buckles for a personalized fit. Teeter Gravity Boots are an ideal way to make inverted positions more comfortable, aided by optional calf loops that gently bend the knees to help reduce uncomfortable pressure on the knees and feet.
