Our priority is to deliver modern, top-quality products together with professional advice, technical support and home delivery. Thanks to many years of cooperation with manufacturers and our own logistics facilities, we ensure continuity of supply all year round and guarantee very fast order fulfillment - within 24 hours. We deliver goods using our own transport, and we also offer shipping directly to the customer from our warehouse via courier companies.
We have our own service and technical support center for customers, based on a helpline. We provide warranty and post-warranty service without involving the seller (customer-service-customer), which reduces complaint handling time to the necessary minimum. Many years of experience and qualified staff allow us to locate and fix faults quickly and effectively. We also provide expert advice on choosing the equipment best suited to the Customer's needs.
To meet our Customers' expectations, we constantly improve our qualifications, and the services we provide remain at the highest level. We decided to use another distribution channel, which is undoubtedly the internet.
In our store, orders can be placed 24 hours a day, whenever you have the time and inclination, and it takes only a few minutes. Our store staff constantly oversee the proper fulfillment of orders and, if needed, will answer any question and clear up any doubt.
